Yes. All property owners in Quail West are required to maintain a club membership. Buyers may choose from 3 membership categories, including:

Full Golf Membership – Subject to availability

• Initiation Fee: $250,000
• Annual Operating Dues: $24,940
• Annual Capital Dues: $2,000

House Membership – Minimum Requirement for Homeowners

• Initiation Fee: $100,000
• Annual Operating Dues: $13,100
• Annual Capital Dues: $1,500

Golf-in-Waiting Membership – Subject to availability

• Initiation Fee: 75% of the prevailing full golf initiation fee due at time of conversion
• Annual Operating Dues: House Member + 50% of the difference between House & golf Member Dues

Is there a waitlist at Quail West and can I skip it?

Yes. Some resale properties come with a transferable membership.

Quail West’s current membership sheet references:

• Golf transfer fee: $25,000 (in lieu of new initiation fee, if acquiring a transferable Golf Membership with resale property)
• House transfer fee: $10,000 (in lieu of initiation fee, if acquiring a transferable House Membership with resale Property)

Notably, if you acquire a home with a transferable membership, the annual capital dues are double:

• Golf Capital Dues: $4,000
• House Capital Dues: $3,000
