Weekly Home Sales Report for Naples Florida
The latest weekly home sales report for Naples for the last week of June showed 259 Homes Sold up from 196 sales during the prior week. The highest priced property sold along Gulf Shore Blvd. for $62,000,000.
The East Naples area moved back into the first spot with 71 real estate transactions up from 39 transactions during the previous week. Home sales consisted of 10 percent vacant lots, 18 percent single family homes and 72 percent were condos.
North Naples slid into the second spot with 50 home sales up slightly from 42 homes sales during the prior week. Real estate transactions consisted of 6 percent vacant lots, 48 percent were single family homes and 46 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 33 property sales up slightly from 30 property sales during the week of June 20th. Naples property sales were made up of 9 percent vacant lots, 36 percent single family homes and 55 percent condos.
In summary, the Naples home sales recap for the week of June 27th showed sales were broken down as follows: 114 condos, 84 single family homes, 59 vacant lots, and 2 mobile homes.
