Talis Park is one of the hottest golf communities in North Naples. During the first six months of this year, 23 properties closed and 41 new construction homes went under contract for more than $50.7 million.

In all, there are 75 homes under contract and a total of 126 homes have been built within this luxury golf community. The golf course was designed by Pete Dye and Greg Norman. Talis Park offers a wide variety of properties for buyers to chose from including grand estate homes, single-family homes, condominiums, coach homes and terrace homes. Talis park is one of the few golf communities still offering new construction homes.
