Overall, there were 309 SWFL Real Estate Sales in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero from September 30th through October 7th. Once again, Ft. Myers had the most real estate activity with 193 property sales. And, Estero was a second with a total of 69 property sales.
Additionally, of the 193 closings in Fort Myers, 62 percent of them were vacant lots and 24 percent of them single family homes. The remaining units sold were notes parcels, mobile homes and single family homes. Most importantly, the significant increase in lots sold was due to the purchase of a motor coach community. Further, of the 69 Estero properties sold, 36 percent of them were single-family homes and 33 percent were condos. And, the rest of the closings were mobile homes or vacant lots.
Finally, Bonita Springs finished the week with a total of 47 property sales, 49 percent of which were condos.
In summary, 90 single family homes, 56 condos, 144 vacant lots, 8 notes parcels, 4 commercial units, 4 mobile homes, 1 manufacturing facility, 1 agricultural lot and 1 common area sold during the week.

- 34135 – 32 properties sold (1 agricultural lot, 1 vacant lots, 3 commercial units, 15 single family homes, and 12 condos)

- 33912 – 14 properties sold (1 manufacture building,2 vacant lots, 5 single family homes and 6 condos)
- 33913 – 165 properties sold (1 common area, 8 notes parcels, 115 vacant lots, 30 single family homes and 11 condos)
- 33967 – 14 properties sold (3 vacant lots and 11 single family homes)
Estero
- 33928 – 58 properties sold (4 mobile homes, 22 vacant lots, 22 single family homes and 10 condos)
- 34134 – 5 property sold (1 single family home and 4 condos)
- 34135 – 4 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 1 single family home and 2 condos)
- 33967 – 2 properties sold (2 single family homes)
