April Ends With Strong Sales

Strong Sales in Naples Real Estate Continue

strong salesThe latest Naples Real Estate reports show strong sales for the week of April 22nd. There were 400 Properties Sold in the Naples area up from 379 homes sold the previous week.  East Naples remained in the top spot for the most real estate transactions for the week with 85 homes sold compared to 89 transactions the prior week. Once again, North Naples was in the second position with 76 homes sales versus 79 sales the week before. And finally, the city of Naples had another strong week with 62 real estate transactions compared to 56 Naples home sales the last week in April.

So, of the 85 real estate sales in East Naples, 6 percent were vacant lots, 7 percent were multi-family homes, 32 percent were single family homes and 55 percent were condos.

And, in North Naples, of the 76 transactions closed, 11 percent were vacant lots, 50 percent were condos and 39 percent were single family homes.

Finally, of the 62 Naples homes sold in the City, 34 percent were single family homes and 65 percent were condos. The remaining property sold in the city of Naples was a vacant lot.

In summary, the Naples real estate recap for the week of the April 22nd show sales were broken down as follows: 137 single family homes, 191 condos, 62 vacant lots and 10 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
