South Florida November Real Estate Trends

Based on the latest South Florida November Real Estate report, for the week of the 10th in the Southern Ft. Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs area, there were only 90 properties sold. This is down significantly from 182 units sold during the prior week.

Similar to the previous week, South Fort Myers led the market with the most real estate sales. There were 38 properties sold compared to 74 homes sold during the week of November 3rd. Bonita Springs was second with 32 properties sold versus 58 the week before. And, Estero remained in the third position with 18 real estate transactions which was down from the previous week when there were 50 properties sold.

For the 38 real estate sales in S. Fort Myers, 18 percent were condos, 34 percent were vacant lots and 39 percent were single family homes. The remaining transactions were multi-family units and commercial units.

Also, of the 32 real estate transactions in Bonita, 31 percent were vacant lots, 28 percent were condos and 38 percent were single family homes. The remaining Bonita Springs properties sold were multi-family units.

Lastly, of the 18 closings in Estero, 44 percent were condos, 17 percent were vacant lots and 28 percent were single family homes.

In review, based on the South Florida November Real Estate Trends for the second week of the month, transactions are broken down by the following property types: 32 single family homes, 26 condos, 27 vacant lots, 2 mobile homes, 2 multi-family unit and 1 commercial unit sold during the week.

34135 – 26 properties sold (1 multi-family unit, 10 vacant lots, 11 single family homes and 4 condos)

Southern Fort Myers

33912 – 8 properties sold (5 single family homes and 3 condos)
33913 – 22 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 10 vacant lots, 7 single family homes and 4 condos)
33967 – 8 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 1 multi-family unit, 3 vacant lots and 3 single family homes)

Estero

33928 – 14 properties sold (2 mobile homes, 3 vacant lots, 5 single family homes and 4 condos)
33967 – 1 property sold (1 condo)
34135 – 3 properties sold (3 condos)

Miromar Lakes

33913 – 2 properties sold (1 single family home and 1 condo)
