Soleta Golf Club is a new world class golf community in the development stages in the greater Sarasota area. This exclusive country club will feature an 18-hole championship golf course designed by renowned golf course architect Nick Price. The course is expected to open in November of 2024.
The 7,400 yard golf course will be located on 530 acres located in Myakka City. The course will be surrounded by mossy oaks, stately pines, freshwater marshes, and the Myakka River. The community will include just 93 custom-built luxury homes. In addition to the course, the club will offer 36 acres of world-class practice facilities designed by David Leadbetter.
There where are also be 14 golf cottages available for members and guests.
In addition to golf, this amenity-rich community will include Har-Tru Tennis courts, Pickleball, Wellness Center, and Lagoon Style Pool.
Two well-known builders, John Cannon Homes and Anchor Builders, have been selected to build the luxury residences. Home prices start at $3 Million.
