Overall, there were 92 Naples September Real Estate Transactions during the week of the 18th. Sales are starting to pick up now that Naples is back up and running. East Naples had the most transactions for the week with 26 closings. And, North Naples was second, with 19 real estate sales.

Also, of the 26 East Naples sales, 81 percent of them were condos and 19 percent were single family homes. For North Naples, of the 19 real estate transactions, 58 percent were condos and 26 percent were single family homes. The remaining sales were vacant lots.

In summary, your weekly real estate update for September 18th through September 24th shows 52 condos, 24 single family homes and 16 vacant lots sold in the Naples area.
