The September Naples homes sold review for the week of the 13th showed 311 Homes Sold. The highest priced property sold for $5,800,000 in Coquina Sands.
North Naples remained in the top spot with 53 homes sold. Of the 53 property sales, 45 percent were single family homes and 53 percent were condos. The remaining property sold was a mobile home.
East Naples stayed in the second position for the week with 49 property sales. Home sales consisted of 6 percent vacation lots, 21 percent single family homes and 73 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 43 home sales during the second week of September. Naples homes sales were made up of 28 percent single family homes and 70 percent condos. the remaining Naples property sold was a vacant lot.
In summary, the Naples September weekly home sales review for the week of the 13th showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 141 condos, 104 single family homes, 62 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes.
