CONDOS, LUXURY HOME SALES INCREASE IN COLLIER COUNTY – A First Quarter 2015 Market Report released by The Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) showed that overall closed and pending sales of condominiums in the $300,000-$500,000 price category increased by double digits in the first quarter of 2015. Overall inventory for the price category increased by 14 percent from 934 in the first quarters of 2014 to 1,061 homes in the first quarter of 2015. The $2 million price category had the largest increase, expanding from 400 homes in the first quarter of 2014 to 471 homes in the first quarter of 2015
