Overall, during the week of February 20th through the 26th, 266 real estate transactions closed in Collier County. East Naples had the most sales with a total of 57 sales.
Further, of the 57 properties sold in East Naples,there were 21 real estate transactions with 37 percent of them being single family homes. And 58 percent of them were condos. In addition, in Marco Island, there were 25 sales, 53 percent of which were condo sales.
In summary, 110 condos, 103 single family homes, 51 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold during the week.
