Beginning of October Real Estate Sales Hot

Real Estate SalesOverall, the Naples real estate sales report for the week of October 1st shows there were 161 Naples Properties Sold.  This is down from the week before when 232 units sold. North Naples remained in the top spot for home sales with 42 real estate transactions which were down from 61 homes sold the previous week. And, East Naples stayed in the second position with 32 real sales compared to 41 homes sold during the week of September 24th.  Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 27 transactions versus 31 homes sold the prior week.

So, of the 42 real estate sales in North Naples, 10 percent were vacant lots, 50 percent were condos and 40 percent were single family homes.  Also, in East Naples, of the 32 transactions closed, 66 percent were condos and 31 percent were single family homes. The remaining property sold in East Naples was a vacant lot. Finally, of the 27 properties sold in the City of Naples, 74 percent were condos and 26 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, a review of Naples real estate sales for the week of October 1st show sales was broken down as follows: 55 single family homes, 84 condos, 20 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold in Collier County.

  • 34112 – 10 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 2 single family homes and 7 condos)
  • 34113 – 10 properties sold (7 single family homes and 3 condos)

  • 34142 – 3 properties sold (2 vacant lots and 1 single family home)
