Pelican Preserve Clubhouse Expansion

Pelican Preserve Clubhouse ExpansionGolf communities continue their expansions of social and recreational facilities to enhance the overall lifestyle of their community.  The Pelican Preserve clubhouse expansion is the latest golf community to begin a construction project to add and enhance new facilities at the club.  Pelican Preserve is a WCI Community located in Fort Myers, Florida.  The project will include a 5,000-square-foot addition to accommodate exercise rooms, a kitchen and a resort-style poolside bar, along with a new 70,000-gallon outdoor lap pool. The new building will dedicate 3,000 square feet to two exercise rooms. The project is slated for completion during the first quarter of 2016.

A 55 plus community, Pelican Preserve has both golf homes and golf condos ranging from $150,000 to $499,000.  It is one of the few Ft. Myers golf communities offering new construction homes. The community was previously known as Solana Golf Club.  Pelican Preserve is a semi-private golf club with a 27 championship golf course designed by architect Chip Powell.
