The latest Naples weekly real estate recap for the week of March 21st showed 432 Homes Sold. A Marco Island property was the highest priced sale at $11,875,000.
East Naples was in the top slot with 93 real estate transactions. Home sales consisted of 10 percent vacant lots, 22 percent single family homes and 67 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.
North Naples was in the second position with 82 homes sold. Of the 82 property sales, 9 percent were vacant lots, 35 percent were single family homes and 56 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 61 home sales. Naples property sales were made up of 8 percent vacant lots, 25 percent single family homes and 67 percent condos.
In summary, the Naples March weekly home sales recap for the week of the 21st showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 220 condos, 134 single family homes, 75 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes.
Ninety homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,000,000 to $11,875,000.
