The latest Naples weekly housing report for the second week of July shows there were 336 Homes Sold compared to 282 properties sold the previous week.
North Naples remained in the top spot with 68 real estate transactions for the week, up slightly from 66 sales during the prior week. Of the 68 sales, 7 percent were vacant lots, 47 percent were single family homes and 46 percent were condos.
East Naples moved into the second position with 61 real estate transactions for the week of the 13th compared to 66 sales during the week of July 6th. East Naples home sales consisted of 12 percent vacant lots, 36 percent single family homes and 52 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 50 home sales compared to 32 sales during the previous week. They were made up of 4 percent were vacant lots, 32 percent single family homes and 64 percent condos. Most notably,71 percent of the homes sold in downtown Naples (34102) were over $1 million.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of July 13th show Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 136 condos, 140 single family homes, 59 vacant lots and 1 mobile home sold throughout Collier County.
Thirty-two Naples luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,025,000 to $7,200,000.
