Naples Real Estate TransactionsOverall, during the week of March 20th through the 26th, 336 real estate transactions closed in Collier County.  North Naples and East Naples had the most sales in the area. North Naples had a total of 69 sales. And East Naples ended the month with 65 property sales.

Further, of the 69 properties sold in North Naples, 51 percent of them were condos. And 42 percent of them were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold in North Naples were vacant lots. In addition, in East Naples, there were 65 sales, 54 percent of which were condos.

In summary, Naples Real Estate Transactions for the week of March 20th included 139 condos, 129 single family homes, 63 vacant lots and 6 mobile homes.
