The latest Naples November Homes Sold Report for Naples during the week of the 22nd showed there were 230 Homes Sold.
East Naples led the way with 50 real estate transactions. Home sales consisted of 4 percent vacant lots, 30 percent single family homes and 66 percent were condos.
North Naples was in second position with 40 transactions. Of the 40 property sales, 33 percent were single family homes and 65 percent were condos. The remaining property sold was a vacant lot.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with property sales. Naples homes sales were made up of 32 percent single family homes and68 percent condos.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of November 22nd shows Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 110 condos, 85 single family homes, 33 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
Twenty-Seven Naples luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,100,000 to $11,200,000.
