Naples July Real Estate Transactions Remain Strong

Naples July Real EstateOverall, Naples July Real Estate transactions remain strong.  During the week of July 23rd there were 251 Naples Properties Sold. This is slightly lower than the previous week when 262 homes sold.  Similar to last week, North Naples still had the most real estate transactions with a total of 57 properties sold which is down from 67 the week before.  And, East Naples had the second most homes sold with 42  real estate transactions compared to 59 during the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 34 transactions which was slightly lower than the previous week when there were 36 units sold.

Additionally, of the 57 real estate sales in North Naples, 45.5 percent were condos, 30 percent were single family homes and 24.5 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 42 transactions closed, 11 percent were vacant lots, 60 percent were condos and 26 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes. And, of the 34 properties sold in the City of Naples, 71 percent were condos and 29 percent were single family homes. 

In Summary, Naples July real estate transactions in the Naples area during the week of the 23rd were broken down as follows: 109 condos, 87 single family homes 51 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes closed in Collier County.
