The latest real estate reports show Naples January Home Sales for the week of January 25th soared to 531 Homes Sold. The highest price home of the year sold for $52 Million in Port Royal.
East Naples led the way with 126 real estate transactions. Home sales consisted of 4 percent were vacant lots, 33 percent single family homes and 63 percent were condos.
North Naples finished the week in the second position with 98 transactions. Of the 98 property sales, 7 percent were vacant lots, 48 percent were single family homes and 45 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 70 property sales. Naples homes sales were made up of 47 percent single family homes and 49 percent condos. The remaining properties sold were vacant lots.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of January 25th shows Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 230 condos, 224 single family homes, 79 vacant lots and 1 mobile home sold throughout Collier County.
Seventy-Seven Naples luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,001,000 to $52,000,000.
