Homes Sold WeekOverall, the number of Naples Homes Sold Week of March 26th was 426 properties. This is a huge increase compared to the previous week when 326 homes sold.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 94 properties sold up from 79 last week. And East Naples had 83 homes sold, compared to 61 the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 72 properties sold versus 44 the week of the 12th.

Additionally, of the 94 real estate sales in North Naples, 41 percent were condos, 39 percent were single family homes and 18 percent were vacant lots.  The remaining properties sold were mobile homes. Also, in East Naples, of the 83 transactions closed, 69 percent were condos and 23 percent were single family homes.  The other properties sold in East Naples were vacant lots and mobile homes. Finally, of the 72 transactions closed, 65 percent were condos and 31 percent were single family homes.  All remaining sales in East Naples were vacant lots.

In summary, the number of Naples Homes Sold the week of March 26th shows 205 condos, 143 single family homes 71 vacant lots and 7 mobile homes closed in Collier County.

  • 34109 – 25 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 15 single family homes and 9 condos)
  • 34110 – 25 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 5 single family homes and 19 condos)
  • 34119 – 44 properties sold (1 mobile home, 15 vacant lots, 17 single family homes and 11 condos)

East Naples

  • 34104 –22 properties sold (4 single family homes and 18 condos)
  • 34112 – 28 properties sold (1 mobile home, 2 vacant lots, 6 single family homes and 19 condos)
  • 34113 – 33 properties sold (4 vacant lots, 9 single family homes and 20 condos)

  • 34142 – 15 properties sold (2 mobile homes, 7 vacant lots and 6 single family homes)
