Overall, Naples Homes Sold during the Week for November 27th shows there were 326 properties sold in Collier County up significantly from 165 last week. Similar to last week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions. And, East Naples has the second most homes sold. Finally, the City of Naples had the third highest units sold for the week. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 62 properties sold up from 43 the week before. East Naples had 60 homes sold up from 36 the prior week. And, central Naples finished the week with 56 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 62 real estate sales in North Naples, 50 percent were condos, 20 percent were vacant lots and 30 percent were single family homes. Also, in East Naples, of the 60 transactions, 55 percent were condos, 23 percent were single family homes and 22 percent were vacant lots.

Lastly, the Central Naples had the third highest activity with 56 real estate transactions. In particular, a majority of the property sales, 86 percent, were condos. The remaining properties sold were single family homes.

In summary, Naples Home Sold during the Week of November 27th through December 3rd shows 148 condos, 106 single family homes and 72 vacant lots sold in Collier County.
