Naples Home Sales Overview for Mid-May

The May Naples Home Sales Overview shows there were 336 Naples Properties Sold during the week of May 20th, compared to 397 homes sold the previous week.  So, activity remains pretty strong for mid-May in Naples, Florida.

North Naples returned to the first position for the most real estate transactions for the week with 90 homes sold compared to 76 transactions the prior week.  Of the 90 real estate transactions, 13 percent were vacant lots, 45 percent were single family homes and 42 percent were condos.

East Naples returned to the second most position with a total of 72 properties sold versus 78 the week of May 13th. Home sales in the area consisted of 44 percent were single family homes and 53 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold was a vacant lots.

And finally, the City of Naples had 51 homes sold down slightly from 57 during the previous week. Of the 51 real estate transactions, 25 percent were single family homes and 73 percent were condos. The other property sold in downtown Naples was a vacant lot.
