The latest Naples weekly real estate report for the week of the 14th showed 339 Homes Sold. A Royal Harbor home was the highest priced property which sold for $8,700,000.
East Naples remained in the top slot with 69 real estate transactions up from 64 sales during the previous week. Home sales consisted of 12 percent vacant lots, 26 percent single family homes and 62 percent were condos.
North Naples was in the second position with 58 homes sold up from 47 during the week of the 7th. Of the 58 property sales, 41 percent were single family homes and 55 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were vacant lots.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 47 home sales up from 33 during the 2nd week in February. Naples property sales were made up of 8.5 percent vacant lots, 28 percent single family homes and 63.5 percent condos.
In summary, the Naples February weekly home sales review for the week of the 14th showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 149 condos, 124 single family homes, 61 vacant lots and 5 mobile homes.
Sixty-Five luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,000,000 to $11,400,000.
