Naples February Sales Report for Week of The 8th
The latest real estate reports show Naples February Sales Report for the second the week of the month showed 426 Homes Sold up from 355 the week before. The highest priced home sold during the week came in at $39 Million in Port Royal.
North Naples returned to the top spot with 83 real estate transactions up from 55 transactions the week before. Of the 83 property sales, 40 percent were single family homes and 57 percent were condos. The other North Naples sales were vacant lots.
East Naples slid to the second position with 80 property sales up slightly from 76 during the previous week. Home sales consisted of 8 percent vacant lots, 22 percent single family homes and 68 percent were condos. The remaining sale in the area was a mobile home.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 56 home sales up from 49 sales during the prior week. Naples homes sales were made up of 5 percent vacant lots, 36 percent single family homes and 59 percent condos.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of February 8th shows Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 199 condos, 148 single family homes, 77 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
