Naples Ends October Strong with 300 Plus Real Estate TransactionsNaples Ends October with strong real estate activity according to the latest real estate transactions report. During the week of October 28th, there were 320 Naples Properties Sold up from 237 the previous week.

East Naples led the way with the most real estate transactions with 76 sales compared to 47 property sales the previous week. East Naples home sales consisted of 11 percent vacant lots, 29 percent were single family homes and 59 percent were condos.

North Naples was a close second with 74 properties sold with 14 percent vacant lots, 43 percent single family homes and 43 percent were condos.

And finally, the City of Naples had 34 homes sold for the week of the 28th up from 22 properties sold the prior week. Real estate transactions were made up of  44 percent single family home sales and 66 percent condos.

In summary, the end of October continued with strong activity based on the increased property sales in the Naples area. Ultimately, real estate transactions for the week of October 28th show properties sold were broken down as follows: 138 condos, 117 single family homes, 64 vacant lots and 1 mobile home sold throughout Collier County.
