Naples Ends March Strong for the Week of March 29th
Naples Ends March Strong with 740 Homes Sold during the week of the 29th up from 567 sales during the previous week. The highest priced home sold for $36,500,000 in Port Royal.
North Naples moved back into the top spot with 147 real estate transactions for the week up from 92 during the week of the 22nd. Of the 147 property sales, 46 percent were single family homes, 50 percent were condos and 4 percent were vacant lots.
East Naples also showed a significant amount of activity with 146 property sales up from 144 sales during the previous week. Home sales consisted of 5 percent vacant lots, 30 percent single family homes and 63 percent were condos. The remaining sale in the area were 2 mobile homes.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 135 properties sold up from 88 sales during the prior week. Naples homes sales were made up of 3 percent vacant lots, 27 percent single family homes and 70 percent condos.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of March 29th shows Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 359 condos, 265 single family homes, 112 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
