Naples December Home Sales Off the Charts!

Naples December Home SalesAccording to the latest real estate transactions report, Naples December Home Sales were off the charts! During the week of the 9th there were 362 Naples Properties Sold.

North Naples moved into the top slot with 105 properties sold. Of the 105 sales, 17 percent were vacant lots, 38 percent single family homes and 45 percent were condos.

East Naples fell into the second position with 68 sales.  East Naples home sales consisted of 7 percent vacant lots, 43 percent single family homes and 47 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.

And finally, the City of Naples had 40 homes sold for the week of the 9th. Real estate transactions were made up of 30 percent single family home sales and 68 percent condos. The other property sold in the city of Naples was a vacant lot.

In summary, December home sales were very strong in the Naples area. Ultimately, real estate transactions for the week of December 9th show properties sold were broken down as follows: 155 condos, 149 single family homes, 53 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
