Naples Condo Sales Surge

According to a report released by Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), Naples condo sales surge in Q1.  Overall closed and pending sales of condominiums in the $300,000- $500,000 category increased by double digits in the first quarter of 2015. Analysts reviewing the findings predict condominiums will see a continued rise in activity moving into summer. Overall closed sales decreased by four percent from 2,409 in the first quarter of 2014 to 2,312 during the same period this year.
