Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club was built in the late 1920’s and was redesigned by Mark Mahanna in 1948 and then subsequently redesigned three times between 1980-1998 by Ron Garl. The Beach Hotel and Golf Club was the oldest course in the area.
The golf course was recently sold and will be undergoing redevelopment. The Athens group will be developing a world-class destination resort which will include a 216 room Four Seasons hotel. The plan also includes 150 luxury beachfront condominiums and golf-side residences.
There will be separate luxury club and amenities.
