Naples Area Weekly Property Sales Report

Overall, the Naples Area Weekly Property Sales Report during the Week of February 12th shows there were 270 properties sold in Collier County. Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold. The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 63 properties sold and East Naples had 49 homes sold. City of Naples ended the week with 39 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 63 real estate sales in North Naples, 49 percent were condos, 32 percent were single family homes and 16 percent were vacant lots. The remaining lots sold were mobile homes. Also, in East Naples, of the 49 transactions closed, 69 percent were condos and 8 percent were single family homes. The remaining sales were vacant lots and mobile homes. Finally, of the 39 properties sold in the City of Naples, 64 percent were condos and 33 percent were single family homes. The other properties sold were vacant lots.

In summary, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report for February 12th through February 18th shows 131 condos, 85 single family homes, 52 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
