Mid-August Naples Real Estate Review

The Mid August Naples Real Estate Review shows there were 247 Naples Properties Sold during the week of August 12th compared to 237 during the previous week. So, activity remained steady for the month of August in Naples, Florida.

North Naples stayed in the first position with 57 properties sold compared to 60 sales the week before.  Home sales in the area consisted of 11 percent vacant lots, 47 percent were single family homes and 42 percent were condos.

East Naples remained in the second position for the most real estate transactions with 52 properties sold compared to 57 homes sold during the week of August 5th.  Of the 52 real estate transactions, 40 percent were single family homes and 56 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes and vacant lots.

And finally, the City of Naples had 30 homes sold compared to 16 sales the prior week. Of the 30 real estate transactions, 47 percent were single family homes and 50 percent were condos. The remaining property sold was a vacant lot.
