According to data released by Florida Realtors Lee County sales remain strong.  The median sales price of single-family homes has increased 11.4 percent compared to this same time last year. The median sale price for condos in Lee County increased 11.8 percent in May compared to May of 2014. There was also a significant jump in the number of closed sales in the $400,000-$599,999 price point.  The report showed a 25 percent increase over May of last year. The number of days single-family homes were on the market decreased 11.1 percent during the same time period.  The median days on market has fallen to 40 days.  For more information, visit swflrealtors.com.
