Naples July Weekly Home Sales Recap
The Naples July weekly home sales recap for the week of the 5th showed 319 Homes Sold down from 465 sales during the prior week. The highest priced property sold for $16,995,000 in Olde Naples.
North Naples remained in the top spot with 71 homes sold down from 115 sales during the previous week. Of the 71 property sales, 3 percent were vacant lots, 52 percent were single family homes and 45 percent were condos.
East Naples stayed in the second position for the week with 65 property sales down from 96 transactions during the prior week. Home sales consisted of 3 percent vacant lots, 40 percent single family homes and 57 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 41 home sales during the first week of July compared to 80 home sales during the last week of June. Naples homes sales were made up of 22 percent single family homes and 78 percent condos.
In summary, the Naples July weekly home sales review for the week of the 5th showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 137 condos, 139 single family homes, 40 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes.

Fourty-nine luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,000,000 to $16,995,000.
