Check out Naples Golf Guy’s July Market Report to learn more about the latest real estate trends in the Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero area.  Included in the report are the latest market statistics available.   Sales remained flat in the Naples area except for single-family home sales in the $300,000 to $500,000 price range which had a twenty two percent increase over the past twelve months.  Pending sales decreased from 1,096 to 977 year over year.  Inventory continued to decrease falling from 3,919 homes to 3,800 compared to this time last year.  Overall, the median sales price increased from $252,000 up to $289,000 which is a fifteen percent increase.  The Bonita Springs and Estero area saw a decrease in the number of active listings compared to last month as well as this time last year for both single-family and condos. Sellers continue to sell there homes at a price close to the list price.  In June sales closed just under 96% of the sellers list price.  With inventory so tight it’s a good time to consider listing your property.  Click HERE to view the full July Market Report.
