The second is the Palm Course, an old Florida style course with wide open fairways, coquina sand and island greens. The Palm Course was also designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton.  The third course is The Estuary.  This course, which originally opened in 2002, was recently redesigned by Tim Liddy.  To the member’s delight, is now more forgiving off the tee and the greens are larger with undulations providing a significantly different golf experience.

In addition to the three golf courses, there are two full practice ranges, multiple putting greens, and short game facilities.  Additionally, the club has added a unique indoor/outdoor golf performance center. If that’s not enough, they have more than 20 PGA teaching professionals available for those of you interested in improving your game.

As mentioned above, the club’s new wellness center includes a state of the art fitness center with the latest line of equipment. You name it they have it, treadmills, stair climbers, punching bags, free weights, weight machines and much more, they even have a distance field!  Additionally, there are group classes: Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, spin and several others.

Also, if you prefer a one-on-one approach to your well-being, professional trainers are available to help you with a custom workout to fit your interests and skill level.

So, if you’re looking to live the Grey Oaks Lifestyle, you must join the golf club.  There are several membership options available to suit your lifestyle.  The club has both resident and non-resident membership options.  Unlike many private Naples country clubs, Grey Oaks still offers equity memberships.  Resident and non-resident equity golf members have unlimited access to all amenities of both Grey Oaks Country Club and the Estuary at Grey Oaks Country Club year-round.  Also, the club offers a Resident and Neapolitan Sports Membership which give members full amenity access to the entire community including the wellness center, tennis courts, pool, bocce ball, pickle ball, and dining areas year round.  The one exception is your access to the golf courses.  During the summer months, you have full access to the three courses (May through October). And, during the winter months, from November through April, you have access to the Estuary outdoor practice facilities including the state of the art performance center. Access to practice golf facilities during the summer months is very rare.  Most clubs will not allow Sports members to use any of the golf facilities during the winter months. Again, it is just one more reason the Grey Oaks Lifestyle is second to none.

Location: Grey Oaks is centrally located in Naples, just east of Livingston Road and North of Golden Gate Boulevard.  The Estuary at Grey Oaks is located just east of Airport-Pulling Road and just north of Golden Gate Boulevard. Just 34 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Grey Oaks Single Family Neighborhoods:

Avila – This neighborhood of 57 homes is located within the Grey Oaks side of the development.  The homes are Mediterranean style villas situated on oversized lots.  They were built between 1997- and 2001.  The size of the homes range from 2,300 square feet to over 4,000 square feet and include a wide variety of floor plans.  These luxury homes are either on interior lots or lots overlooking the lake and beautiful views of Grey Oaks Country Club.

Banyan Island – Banyan Island is a luxury neighborhood consisting of 26 oversized lots with single-family luxury homes.  The homes which all have a southern exposure and exquisite golf course views were built between 2000 and 2004.  These custom homes range in size from 3,400 square feet to 6,100 square feet.  The southern exposure gives homeowners who enjoy the outdoors the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining as the sun sets overlooking the golf course.

Capistrano – Twenty-one beautiful single family luxury golf community homes ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 plus square feet under air. All of these homes either overlook a lake or the golf course and were built between 2001 and 2002.  Each luxury home usually has 3 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and den with, large lanais with fantastic views of Naples sunsets.

Estates – The homes in the Estates range from 2,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet and many offer incredible waterfront views.  This community has homes which have recently undergone major renovations or have been remodeled.  Therefore, between the size of the homes and the enhancements, the prices will vary significantly in this luxury Grey Oaks neighborhood.

Estuary – Estuary at Grey Oaks is the newest neighborhood within Grey Oaks.  Conveniently located on the west side of Airport road just across the street from Grey Oaks.  This luxury Grey Oaks subdivision includes magnificent single family golf homes and villas.  The golf course was recently renovated and now offers members a more friendly golf experience.  Homes range from $1.9 million to $9.7 million for 3,000 square feet up to 10,000 square feet. It is one of the few Grey Oaks neighborhoods where new construction homes are still available.

Isle Royale – These 19 estate style homes range from 4,000 to 12,000 square feet of luxury living space.  And, these exclusive luxury golf homes were built between 2003 and 2007.  Most notably, these private luxury homes are located on large lots with phenomenal views overlooking a lake or the golf course and offer homeowners plenty of space to live a private lifestyle.

Isle Toscano – There are 18 luxury home sites in Isle Toscano in Grey Oaks.  These luxury Mediterranean style estate homes range in size from 4,500 to 8,700 square feet of living space.  These homes have exceptional outdoor living space with panoramic views of the golf course or one of the many beautiful lakes in Grey Oaks.  Additionally, these homes were built between 2001 and 2008. If you’re looking to entertain, you can’t beat these fabulous single family homes.

Isla Vista – A fantastic single-family neighborhood on the south side of Grey Oaks, Isla Vista at Grey Oaks includes 25 homes.  They were built between 2001 and 2003 and range in size from 3,500 to 4,400 square feet of living space.  Also, homes have a minimum of 3 bedrooms and often include a den or additional bedrooms. It is a pet-friendly community which allows rentals multiple times per year. Mews – Mews at Grey Oaks is a neighborhood of 28 detached villas.  These Mediterranean style homes were built between 1995 and 2001 and range in size from 2,500 square feet to 3,700 square feet of living space.  All of the Mews Villas overlook one of the many beautiful lakes or one of the Grey Oaks golf courses. With expanded outdoor living space, these villas are ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing and taking in the quiet surroundings.

Mirada – The neighborhood of Mirada include large custom villas and single family homes.  Starting at 5,000 square feet, most of these Naples luxury homes include 4 or more bedrooms, gourmet kitchens and large outdoor lanais with custom luxurious pools.  Additionally, these homes typically include oversized garages which have plenty of room for your own private golf cart and two cars.

Miramonte – Located on the south side of Grey Oaks, and is a neighborhood of Mediterranean villas and single family homes.  These luxury Naples golf properties range in size from 3700 to just over 6000 square feet of living space. Most of these homes have at least 3 bedrooms and a den or more.  And, they were built between 2007 and 2015.

Palm Island – The neighborhood of Palm Island at Grey Oaks includes 22 luxury golf community homes.  Homes start at 4000 square feet of living space and include 2 to 4 bedrooms.  These Naples golf homes were built between 1998 and 2001.  A majority of these golf properties have fantastic views of one of the many lakes within Grey Oaks.  Finally, this subdivision is pet-friendly.

San Tiva – Centrally located within Grey Oaks, San Tiva is a neighborhood of 24 detached villas.  These Naples golf villas were built between 1998 and 2004 and range in size from 2500 to 3000 square feet of living space. These beautiful Grey Oaks villas include spectacular views of one of the lakes, nature preserve or the golf course.

Torino – Torino at Grey Oaks is a neighborhood of 54 Mediterranean style luxury villas located on the south side of Grey Oaks. And, these golf villas range in size from 3900 to 5000 square feet of living space.  Also, there are a wide variety of modern floor plans to chose from which overlook one of the many lakes or lush landscaping.

Venezia – Venezia at Grey Oaks includes 27 luxury golf homes centrally located within Grey Oaks.  These luxury single family homes were built between 2000 and 2001 and range in size from 3000 to 4000 square feet.  There are 4 different floor plans available with 3 or 4 bedrooms depending on the plan.  Most notably, all of these Grey Oaks homes include either a lake view or golf course view.

Grey Oaks Condo Neighborhoods:

L’ermitage – This neighborhood consists of 11 detached villas and 16 beautiful Mediterranean style Grey Oaks condos which were built between 1996 and 2000.  There are multiple floor plans ranging in size from 2,200 square feet up to 5,200 square feet.  The luxury condos are located in two mid-rise buildings directly across the spectacular 67,000 square foot clubhouse.

Terra Verde – Is a luxury condo and coach home neighborhood within Grey Oaks.  They low-rise condos and coach homes were built from 1998 through 2000 and have preserve, lake or golf course views.  With multiple floor plans to chose from, each offers 2,400 to just over 3,000 square foot of living space under air.  Each unit comes with a covered parking garage.

Traditions – Another fantastic low-rise luxury condo complex which also includes coach homes and villas.  Individual units range from 2,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet of living space.  Each luxury condo boasts spectacular views of the golf course, preserves or lakes.  In all, there 122 units, each with an attached garage.
