Old Corkscrew
Old Corkscrew Golf Club has been purchased by the Hoffman Family and is being transformed into a private country club. The new club, Pandion Club, will feature an 18 hole golf course redesigned by Kyle Phillips.
Olde Corkscrew was a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course that offered a challenging golf environment in a pristine setting. The developer plans to open the new course in late 2027.
