Esplanade Golf and Country Club
Esplanade at Rivergrass will be a new bundled Golf community in Naples Florida. Similar to other Esplanade communities, it will be a private gated community featuring beautiful homes by Taylor Morrison overlooking the golf course. There will be an 18-hole championship golf course.
Additionally, there will be resort-style amenities, including a wellness center with spa services, a culinary center, a large pool with a poolside Bahama Bar, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Also, for the four-legged furry friends, there will be a dog park.
The golf community will be located off Oil Well Road in East Naples and will include 977 single-family homes and condos. Finally, development is planned for early 2027
