In recent months, inventory levels have remained stable across most luxury golf communities in Southwest Florida. Once again, there has been a notable increase in high-rise condo inventory in communities along the Gulf Coast, such as Bonita Bay and Pelican Bay.

Furthermore, many golf communities in Southwest Florida have increased the one-time transfer fees associated with property purchases, including those in bundled golf communities. These fees vary by community, ranging from a flat rate of $5,000 to as much as 1 percent of the purchase price. Additionally, this fee and other fees are not listed on consumer-based websites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, or Homes.com.
