Southwest Florida July Home Sales Review

The latest Southwest Florida July Home Sales review for Bonita Springs, Estero and Southern Fort Myers for the week of July 17th showed there were 308 properties sold.

Bonita Springs landed in the top spot with 120 real estate transactions. Of the 120 real estate sales, 4 percent mobile homes, 32 percent were vacant lots, 28 percent were condos and 28 percent were single family homes. The other property sales were a multi-family unit, miscellaneous residential unit and commercial units.

Southern Fort Myers was in the second position with 113 real estate transactions. Sales were as follows: 10 percent were commercial units, 17 percent vacant lots, 18 percent were condos and 56 percent were single family homes. The remaining Fort Myers property sold was a multi-family unit.

Finally, Estero was in the third position with 75 property sales. Home sales were split between multiple property types. Of the 75 home sales, 5 percent were mobile homes, 23 percent were vacant lots, 31 percent were condos and 31 percent were single family homes.

In review, based on the real estate transactions report for the week of July 17th, property sales were broken down by the following types in Southwest Florida: 77 condos, 127 single family homes, 74 vacant lots, 14 commercial units, 9 mobile homes, 4 coops, 2 multi-family units and 1 miscellaneous residential unit.

Southern Fort Myers

• 33912 – 30 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 3 vacant lots, 13 single family homes and 13 condos)
• 33913 – 52 properties sold (9 commercial units, 14 vacant lots, 25 single family homes and 4 condos)
• 33967 – 31 properties sold (1 multi-family unit, 2 vacant lots, 25 single family homes and 3 condos)

Estero

• 33928 – 60 properties sold (4 mobile homes, 17 vacant lots, 28 single family homes and 11 condos)
• 33967 – 4 properties sold (4 condos)
• 34134 – 3 properties sold (2 single family homes and 1 condo)
