The February market report released by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS® (B.E.A.R.) showed generally positive results in the single-family market. Closed sale units (69) increased slightly compared with January 2015, but decreased slightly 1.4 percent year over year. The average sale price ($505,380) increased year over year by a significant 25.8 percent. The median days on market (45) continued to decrease year over year, with a drop of 32.8 percent compared with February 2014. Pending inventory also decreased by 8.7 percent year over year, as did inventory (active listings) by 13.2 percent.
