Overall, the Naples FL 2018 Weekly Real Estate Review for February 26th through Mar. 4th shows there were 420 properties sold in Collier County. This is almost double last week’s sales which were 235 for the week. Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold. The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 118 properties sold up from 61 last week. And East Naples had 79 homes sold, compared to 44 the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 51 properties sold versus 34 the week of the 19th.
Additionally, of the 118 real estate sales in North Naples, 59 percent were condos, 27 percent were single family homes and the remaining properties sold were vacant lots. Also, in East Naples, of the 79 transactions closed, 55 percent were condos, 30 percent were single family homes and 15 percent were vacant lots. Finally, of the 51 properties sold in the City of Naples, 59 percent were condos and 27 percent were single family homes. The other properties sold were vacant lots.
In summary, the 2018 Weekly Real Estate Review for February 26th through March 4th shows 196 condos, 145 single family homes 76 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
