Colonial Country Club is a private bundled golf community in Fort Myers, Florida. The 18-hole championship golf course was built by well-known architect Gordon Lewis. The course offers a challenging test for golfers of all skill levels. In addition to the golf course members have access to extensive practice facilities. Colonial is part of the Troon’s premier reciprocal program, giving members preferred access to other Troon-managed golf courses.
Additionally, community residents have access to 2 first-class, lighted Bocce courts, 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and 8 new state of the art Pickleball courts. Also, the club provides a spectacular fitness center, trainers, group classes and heated two-lane lap pool. And all members and their guests can sit back and relax at the resort-style pool, cabanas and snack bar.
Finally, this private golf community has 1,699 single family homes and condos spread throughout the Golf Village and the Lake Village. Golf Village properties include a golf membership with the purchase of their property and units purchased in the Lake Village include a social membership.
