Naples Year End Real Estate Sales

Naples Year End Real Estate Sales Week of Dec. 25th

Naples Year EndOverall, Naples Year End Real Estate Sales during the Week of December 25th shows there were 313 properties sold, up from 298 the previous week in Collier County.  Similar to the prior week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The Corkscrew area once again had the third largest number of real estate transactions for the week.  Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 80 properties sold up from 70 the week before.  East Naples had 76 homes sold which is an increase from 55 property sales the prior week. And, Corkscrew had 33 real estate sales.

Additionally, of the 80 real estate sales in North Naples, 53 percent were condos, 20 percent were vacant lots and 27 percent were single family homes.  Also, in East Naples, of the 76 transactions closed, 56.5 percent were condos, 15 percent were vacant lots and 16 percent were single family homes.

Finally, corkscrew rounded out the week with 33 property sales.  A total of 45 percent of the properties sold were single family homes and 52 percent were vacant lots.  The remaining sales were condos.

In summary, Naples Year End Real Estate Sales for the Week of December 25th through December 31st shows 135 condos, 98 single family homes, 77 vacant lots sold  and 3 mobile homes in Collier County.

February Lee County Home Sales

February Lee County Home SalesOverall, the first February Lee County Home Sales report shows there were 144 properties sold during the week of February 3rd through February 10th in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero.  This was a 7 percent increase in sales compared to the previous week when there were only 135 real estate transactions.

Once again, Fort Myers took the lead with the most real estate sales for the week at 51 properties.  Estero was a close second with 50 properties sold.  And Bonita Springs finished the week with the third most activity, coming in with 42 units sold.

Additionally, of the 51 closings in Ft. Myers, 41 percent were single family homes, 20 percent were vacant lots and 27 percent were condos.  The remaining properties sold in Ft. Myers were a combination of commercial units, multi-family units and vacant lots.

Estero also rounded out the week strong with a total of 50 properties sold, 42 percent of which were vacant lots, 24 percent were condos and 18 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales included mobile homes and a commercial unit.

Finally, Bonita Springs ended the week with 42 properties sold, 48 percent were condos and 36 percent were single-family homes. The remaining properties sold were multi-family units, vacant lots and commercial units.

In summary, your South Florida Real Estate Review shows 49 single family homes, 46 condos, 38 vacant lots, 7 commercial buildings, 2 mobile homes and 2 multi-family units sold during the week.

Naples Area Real Estate SalesOverall, December Naples Area Real Estate Sales during the Week of the 18th shows there were 298 properties sold in Collier County, down from 307 during the prior week.  Similar to last week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The Corkscrew area once again had the third largest number of real estate transactions for the week.  Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 70 properties sold up from 68 the week before.  East Naples had 55 homes sold which is an increase from 53 property sales the prior week. And, Corkscrew had 44 real estate sales.

Additionally, of the 70 real estate sales in North Naples, 53 percent were condos, 20 percent were vacant lots and 27 percent were single family homes.  Also, in East Naples, of the 55 transactions closed, 58 percent were condos and 17 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining Naples property sales were vacant lots.

Finally, corkscrew rounded out the week with 44 property sales.  More than half, or 66 percent of the properties sold were vacant lots.  Also, 30 percent of the sales were single-family homes.  The remaining sales were condos.

In summary, Naples Area Real Estate Sales during the Week of December 18th through December 24th shows 113 condos, 93 single family homes and 92 vacant lots sold in Collier County.

Vineyards Country Club RenovationsVineyards Country Club renovations are planned for the club to coincide with its 30 year anniversary. Located in Naples, Florida, The Vineyards is one of the largest country clubs in Naples.  And, it is one of the few golf communities with two golf courses!  Also, like many of the other Naples golf communities, the club will undergo a major multi-million dollar renovation this year.

South Lee CountyOverall, the South Lee County Florida Real Estate Sales report shows there were 135 property sales for the week of January 27th through February 3rd in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero.

Bay Colony Golf Club Renovation Complete

Colony DiningBay Colony Golf Club recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation of the clubhouse.  The newly designed 32,000-square-foot clubhouse includes an expanded Grille Room, a new Board Room and a new Wine Room for private dining and meetings.  In addition, the club added two bocce ball courts with an outdoor pavilion.  Also, a beautiful new outdoor kitchen and bar for casual patio dining with views overlooking the lake and 18th green were added.  Finally, the ladies lounge was updated to round out the project.

Bay Colony Golf Club is a very exclusive golf club located in the Pelican Marsh development. The golf course is one of the best courses in Naples, according to its members. It ranks fair to hard with no big carries over water and a lot of mounds. The greens are kept well hidden near sand bunkers and will challenge any shot made from the fairways. There is water on many holes that may hinder certain tee shots.

South Florida Real EstateOverall, the South Florida Real Estate Sales report shows there were 171 property sales for the week of January 20th through January 27th in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero.

It was a tie! Both Bonita Springs and Fort Myers led the way with the most real estate activity with 61 real estate transactions in each city.  Also, Estero had 48 sales up from 35 transactions during the previous week.

Additionally, of the 61 closings in Bonita Springs, 39 percent were single family homes, 30 percent were condos and 18 percent were vacant lots.  The remaining properties sold in Bonita were a combination of commercial units, mobile homes and multi-family units.

And, Fort Myers also rounded out the week with a total of 61 properties sold, 23 percent of which were condos, 18 percent were vacant lots and 34 percent were single family homes. So, the remaining sales included a multi-family building and one commercial unit.

Finally, Estero ended the week with 48 properties sold, 25 percent were vacant lots, 40 percent were condos and 31 percent of were single-family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.

In summary, your South Florida Real Estate Review shows 73 single family homes, 52 condos, 32 vacant residential lots, 2 vacant commercial lots, 3 commercial buildings, 6 mobile homes and 3 multi-family units sold during the week.
