Naples FL WeeklyOverall, the Naples FL Weekly Property Sales Report for February 19th through the 25th shows there were 235 properties sold in Collier County, down from 270 last week.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 61 properties sold and East Naples had 44 homes sold. Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 34 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 61 real estate sales in North Naples, 43 percent were condos, 39 percent were single family homes and 18 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 44 transactions closed, 57 percent were condos and 34 percent were single family homes. The remaining sales were vacant lots. Finally, of the 34 properties sold in the City of Naples, 56 percent were condos and 41 percent were single family homes.  The other properties sold were vacant lots.

In summary, the Naples FL Weekly Property Sales Report for February 19th through February 25th shows 105 condos, 87 single family homes and 43 vacant lots sold in Collier County.

Lee County MarchOverall, the Lee County March Weekly Sales Report for Southwest Florida shows there were 223 properties sold during the week of the 24th through 31st in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero.

Similar to prior weeks, Fort Myers led Lee County with the most real estate sales with 80 properties sold.  Estero was a close second with 76 real estate transactions.  And, Bonita Springs finished the week with 64 sales.

So, of the 80 properties sold in Fort Myers, 20 percent were condos and 49 percent were single-family homes.  The remaining properties sold were vacant lots.

Additionally, of the 76 closings in Estero, 28 percent were single family homes, 34 percent were vacant lots and 33 percent were condos.  The remaining properties sold in Estero were agricultural lots and commercial units.

Finally,  Bonita Springs rounded out the week with a total of 64 properties sold, 39 percent were condos and 30 percent were single family homes.  So, the remaining sales were vacant lots, mobile homes and commercial units.

In summary, your Lee County March Weekly Sales Report shows 79 single family homes, 65 condos, 52 vacant lots, 13 mobile homes, 8 vacant government lots, 4 commercial units, 1 vacant commercial lot and 1 agricultural lot sold during the week.

Weekly Property SalesOverall, the Naples Area Weekly Property Sales Report during the Week of February 12th shows there were 270 properties sold in Collier County.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 63 properties sold and East Naples had 49 homes sold. City of Naples ended the week with 39 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 63 real estate sales in North Naples, 49 percent were condos, 32 percent were single family homes and 16 percent were vacant lots.  The remaining lots sold were mobile homes. Also, in East Naples, of the 49 transactions closed, 69 percent were condos and 8 percent were single family homes. The remaining sales were vacant lots and mobile homes. Finally, of the 39 properties sold in the City of Naples, 64 percent were condos and 33 percent were single family homes.  The other properties sold were vacant lots.

In summary, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report for February 12th through February 18th shows 131 condos, 85 single family homes, 52 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold in Collier County.

Lee County New Construction Permits Up

Lee County New ConstructionDuring March, Lee County New Construction permits for single-family homes increased up to 151 from 126 permits pulled last month.  Collectively the permits pulled for the month were worth about $35.8 million, according to the Lee County Department of Community Development. Also, during March, six multi-family units valued at about $614,000 were permitted, compared to 40 units in February 2018 and 48 units in March 2017. General commercial activity was valued at about $13.9 million for 19 permits, compared to about $28.8 million in February 2018 and about $4.2 million in March 2017. In all, Lee County Community Development issued 5,773 permits of all kinds in March.

Southwest FL Real Estate Weekly Sales Report

Weekly Sales ReportOverall, the Weekly Sales Report for Southwest Florida shows there were 139 properties sold during the week of March 10th through March 17th in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero. This is down significantly compared to the previous week when 319 properties sold. However, the sales activity was similar to the week before last when there were 130 real estate transactions.

Similar to last week, Fort Myers led Lee County with the most real estate sales with 62 properties sold compared to 128 during the prior week.  Estero and Bonita Springs both had similar activity with 37 sales for the week.

So, Fort Myers ended the week with 62 properties sold, 29 percent were condos, 46 percent were single-family homes and 11 percent were vacant lots. The remaining properties sold were multi-family units and commercial units.

Additionally, of the 37 closings in Estero, 21 percent were single family homes and 7 percent were condos.  The remaining properties sold in Estero were mobile homes, commercial units and vacant lots.

Finally,  Bonita Springs also rounded out the week with a total of 37 properties sold, 38 percent were condos, 38 percent were single family homes and 8 percent were mobile homes. So, the remaining sales were vacant lots and multi-family buildings.

In summary, your Weekly Sales Report shows 65 single family homes, 37 condos, 20 vacant lots, 6 mobile homes, 6 commercial units and 5 multi-family buildings sold during the week.

Latest Weekly Naples Florida Property Sales Report

Naples Weekly Property Sales Report For Jan. 29th

Property Sales ReportOverall, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report during the Week of January 29th shows there were 302 properties sold in Collier County, up significantly from 225 properties sold during the previous week.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 62 properties sold and East Naples had 55 homes sold. City of Naples ended the week with 45 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 62 real estate sales in North Naples, 55 percent were condos, 26 percent were single family homes and 19 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 55 transactions closed, 71 percent were condos and 11 percent were single family homes. The remaining sales were vacant lots and mobile homes. Finally, the properties sold in the City of Naples included 64 percent condos and 33 single family homes.  The other properties sold were vacant lots.

In summary, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report for the Week of January 29th through February 4th shows 141 condos, 94 single family homes, 63 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes sold in Collier County.
