Bonita Springs and Estero Florida Home Sales

Estero Florida Home SalesDuring the week of July 21st, the Southern Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero Florida Home Sales Report shows there were 230 properties sold up from 167 properties sold during the prior week.

Similar to last week, South Ft. Myers lead the real estate market with the most sales.  In all, there were 138 properties sold, up from 71 the prior week. Estero remained second with 50 real estate transactions versus 49 properties sold the week before. And, last but not least, Bonita Springs finished the week with 41 transactions which is down from the week before when there were 47 sales.

So, of the 138 properties sold in S. Ft. Myers, 30 percent were single family homes, 9 percent were condos and 58 percent were vacant lots. The remaining South Fort Myers properties sold were agricultural lots, commercial units and multi-family units.

Additionally, of the 50 closings in Estero, 28 percent were condos, 32 percent were vacant lots and 34 percent were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.

Finally, Bonita Springs finished the week with 41 properties sold, 32 percent were vacant lots, 24 percent were condos and 29 percent were single family homes. Thus, the remaining real estate transactions in Bonita Springs were commercial units, mobile homes and multi-family units.

Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero remains hot!  In review, for the week of July 21st, real estate transactions are broken down by the following property types:  37 single family homes, 71 condos, 109 vacant lots, 2 commercial units, 7 mobile homes, 3 multi-family units and 1 agricultural lot sold during the week.

Naples Real Estate Sales Week of June 11thNaples Real Estate Sales Week of June 11th – There were 317 Naples Properties Sold during the week. This is lower than the previous week when 457 homes sold.  However, unlike the prior week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions with a total of 83 properties sold up from 56 the week before. And, the City of  Naples had the second most homes sold with 55 real estate transactions compared to 32 during the prior week. Finally, East Naples rounded out the week with 46 transactions down from the previous week when there were 57 units sold.

Additionally, of the 83 real estate sales in North Naples, 14 percent vacant lots, 46 percent were condos and 40 percent were single family homes. Also, in the city of Naples, of the 55  transactions closed, 60 percent were condos and 35 percent were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold in the city were vacant lots. And, of the 46 properties sold in East Naples, 11 percent were vacant lots, 54 percent were condos and 35 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, Naples Real Estate Sales for the Week of June 11th shows 121 condos, 101 single family homes 27 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes closed in Collier County.

July 14th Real Estate TransactionsThe Southwest Florida July 14th Real Estate Transactions report for the week for South Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero shows there were 167 properties sold versus 196 properties sold during the prior week.

Unlike last week, South Ft. Myers lead the real estate market with the most sales.  In all, there were 71 properties sold, up from 51 the prior week. Estero remained second with 49 real estate transactions versus 66 properties sold the week before. And, last but not least, Bonita Springs finished the week with 47 transactions which is down from the week before when there were 71 sales.

So, of the 71 properties sold in S. Ft. Myers, 35 percent were single family homes, 31 percent were condos and 31 percent were vacant lots. The remaining South Fort Myers properties sold were commercial units and multi-family units.

Additionally, of the 49 closings in Estero, 33 percent were condos and 51 percent were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold were mobile homes and vacant lots.

Finally, Bonita Springs finished the week with 47 properties sold, 11 percent were mobile homes, 13 percent were vacant lots, 30 percent were condos and 40 percent were single family homes. Thus, the remaining real estate transactions in Bonita Springs were commercial units and multi-family units.

Naples Real Estate Sales Week of June 4thNaples Real Estate Sales Week of June 4th – There were 457 Naples Properties Sold during the week. This is higher than the previous week when 251 homes sold.  However, unlike the prior week, East Naples had the most real estate transactions with a total of 57 properties sold down from 96 the week before. And, North Naples had the second most homes sold with 56 real estate transactions compared to 105 during the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 32 transactions up from the previous week when there were 65 units sold.

Additionally, of the 57 real estate sales in East Naples, 70 percent were condos and 24 percent were single family homes. The remaining Naples properties sold were vacant lots. Also, in North Naples, of the 56 transactions closed, 55 percent were condos, 11 percent were vacant lots and 34 percent were single family homes.  And, of the 32 properties sold in the City of Naples, 56 percent were condos and 44 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, Naples Real Estate Sales for the Week of June 4th shows 121 condos, 101 single family homes 27 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes closed in Collier County.

July 7th Real Estate TransactionsThe Southwest Florida July 7th Real Estate Transactions report for the week South Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero shows there were 196 properties sold versus 216 properties sold during the prior week.

Unlike last week, Bonita Springs lead the real estate market with the most sales.  In all, there were 71 properties sold, down from 81 the prior week. Estero moved into second for the week.  There were 66 real estate transactions versus 48 properties sold the week before. And, last but not least, South Ft. Myers finished the week with 51 transactions which is down from the week before when there were 85 sales.

So, of the 71 properties sold in Bonita Springs, 27 percent were condos, 32 percent were single family homes and 17 percent were vacant lots.  The remaining properties sold were mobile homes and multi-family units.

Additionally, of the 66 closings in Estero, 27 percent were single family homes, 39 percent were vacant lots and 29 percent were condos. Therefore, the other properties sold in Estero were mobile homes and multi-family units.

Finally, South Ft. Myers finished the week with 51 properties sold, 20 percent were vacant lots, 18 percent were condos and 55 percent were single family homes. Thus, the remaining real estate transactions in Southern Fort Myers were agricultural lots and multi-family units.

Pine Ridge Earns No. 1 Top Five U.S. Neighborhoods

Pine RidgePine Ridge in Naples, Florida is ranked No. 1 in the top five U.S. neighborhood housing markets according to the second annual ATTOM Data Solutions Neighborhood Housing Index. ATTOM ranked more than 10,000 neighborhood housing markets nationwide based on six factors which they consider most critical in impacting the hyperlocal housing market:

  • affordability
  • home price appreciation
  • school scores
  • crime rates
  • unemployment rates
  • property taxes

Pine Ridge had a median sales price of $632,871 in the first half of 2018. Additionally, other Naples communities which received top scores, including but not limited to Imperial Golf Estates and Naples Park.  In Bonita Springs, Bonita Shores and Spanish Wells made the list. Naples Real Estate Sales Week of May 28th

Real Estate Sales Week of May 28thReal Estate Sales Week of May 28th – There were 457 Naples Properties Sold during the week. This is significantly higher than the previous week when 327 homes sold.  However, unlike the prior week, North Naples had the most real estate transactions with a total of 105 properties sold up from 65 the week before. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold with 96 real estate transactions compared to 72 during the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 65 transactions up from the previous week when there were 43 units sold.

Additionally, of the 105 real estate sales in North Naples, 40 percent were condos, 49 percent were single family homes and 13 percent were vacant lots. Also, in East Naples, of the 96 transactions closed, 54 percent were condos, 8 percent were vacant lots and 34 percent were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold were mobile homes. And, of the 65 properties sold in the City of Naples, 68 percent were condos and 32 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, Naples Real Estate Sales for the Week of May 28th shows 182 condos, 184 single family homes 86 vacant lots and 5 mobile homes closed in Collier County.
