Weekly Naples Properties Sold Report Up Again

Naples Properties Sold Report Up Over Previous Week

Naples Properties Sold ReportOverall, Naples properties sold report for the week of August 13th show there were 245 Naples Properties Sold. This is quite a bit higher than the previous week when 182 homes sold.  Similar to last week, North Naples still had the most real estate transactions with a total of 60 properties sold which is up from 50 the week before.  And, East Naples had the second most homes sold with 50 real estate transactions compared to 33 during the prior week. Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 25 transactions which was slightly higher than the previous week when there were 20 units sold.

Additionally, of the 60 real estate sales in North Naples, 47 percent were condos, 38 percent were single family homes and 15 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 50 transactions closed, 11 percent were vacant lots, 64 percent were condos and 24 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes. And, of the 25 properties sold in the City of Naples, 68 percent were condos and 28 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, Naples properties sold report during the week of August 13th were broken down as follows: 113 condos, 85 single family homes 46 vacant lots and 1 mobile home closed in Collier County.

September Real Estate Transactions Still Strong

SWFL September Real EstateBased on the number of SWFL September Real Estate Transactions during the second week of September in the Southern Ft. Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs area there were 177 properties sold, down from 233 properties sold during the prior week.

Unlike last week, southern Ft. Myers led the market with the most real estate sales. In all, there were 76 properties sold, down slightly from 80 the prior week.  Estero moved into second position with 69 real estate transactions compared to 52 properties sold the week before. Finally, Bonita Springs fell to third place with 32 transactions versus the previous week when there were 87 property sales.

So, of the 76 properties sold in  south Ft. Myers, 46 percent were single family homes, 24 percent were condos and 25 percent were vacant lots. The remaining properties sold in S. Ft. Myers were mobile homes, multi-family units, commercial units and an agricultural lot.

Additionally, Estero finished the week with 69 properties sold, 55 percent were vacant lots, 20 percent were condos and 19 percent were single family homes. Thus, the remaining real estate transactions in Estero were mobile homes.

Lastly, of the 32 closings in Bonita Springs, 28 percent were condos, 34 percent were vacant lots and 28 percent were single family homes. The remaining Bonita properties sold were mobile homes and multi-family units.

In review, SWFL September real estate transactions for the second week of the month are broken down by the following property types:  57 single family homes, 41 condos, 68 vacant lots, 7 mobile homes, 2 multi-family units, 1 agricultural lot and 1 commercial unit sold during the week.

Additionally, of the 50 real estate sales in North Naples, 44 percent were condos, 36 percent were single family homes and 20 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 33 transactions closed, 45 percent were condos and 39 percent were single family homes. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes and vacant lots. And, of the 20 properties sold in the City of Naples, 50 percent were condos, 15 percent were vacant lots and 35 percent were single family homes.

In Summary, Naples August real estate transactions in the during the week of August 6th were broken down as follows: 182 condos, 68 single family homes 71 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes closed in Collier County.
