It’s a 3400-yard, par 61, 18 hole executive golf course open to the public, designed by Gordon Lewis. The beauty of the course is that it challenges your short game as well as your long game.

There are seven par 4’s; the remainder are par 3’s. The back nine feature Florida-style hills and valleys, sand traps, and several small waterholes. The front nine keep you on your toes with larger waterholes, sand traps, and doglegs–all surrounded by a pristine nature preserve. When the game is over, stop by One More Round for a delicious lunch, a cool drink, or just a little friendly conversation. A course that’s perfect for all ages and levels.

Bonita Fairways is one of the few golf communities offering new condos in a new neighborhood called Botanika. This new construction development is a three-building, 75-unit enclave offering buyers a selection of seven different floor plans ranging from a one-bedroom plus den up to a three-bedroom unit.
