Bonita Area Real EstateOverall, there were 60 Bonita Area Real Estate Transactions during the week of July 1st through July 7th.  Fort Myers had the most sales with a total of  28 sales. Further, of the 28 Fort Myers properties sold, 60 percent of them were single family homes. In addition, in Bonita Springs, there were 17 sales, 41 percent of which were condos.

In summary, 31 single family homes, 16 condos, 11 vacant lots and 2 mobile homes sold during the week.

  • 33913 – 16 properties sold (4 vacant lots, 8 single family homes and 4 condos)
  • 33967 – 7 properties sold (1 vacant lot and 6 single family homes)
