April Sales Update for the Week of the 19th

April Sales Update for naples flThe latest April Sales Update remained strong for the 3rd week of the month with 618 Homes Sold down slightly from the week before when there were 633 sales. The highest priced property sold for $24,595,500.

East Naples remained in the top slot for the week with 138 transactions down one sale compared to the week of the 12th. Home sales consisted of 7 percent vacant lots, 25 percent single family homes and 66 percent were condos. The remaining sale in the area was a mobile home.

North Naples stayed in the second position with 137 home sales up from 110 real estate transactions during the prior week. Of the 137 property sales, 4 percent were vacant lots, 45 percent were single family homes, 51 percent were condos.

Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 77 home sales down from 93 properties sold during the previous week. Naples homes sales were made up of 4 percent vacant lots, 26 percent single family homes and 70 percent condos.

In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of April 19th shows Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 288 condos, 225 single family homes, 102 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
