Weekly Home Sales Recap Naples Florida

The latest weekly home sales recap for Naples for the first week of July showed 162 Homes Sold down from 259 sales during the prior week. The highest priced property sold for $15,750,000.

North Naples returned to the top spot with 42 home sales down from 50 sales during the prior week. Real estate transactions consisted of 7 percent vacant lots, 38 percent were single family homes and 55 percent were condos.

The East Naples moved back into the second position with 28 real estate transactions down from 71 transactions during the previous week. Home sales consisted of 36 percent single family homes and 61 percent were condos. The other East Naples sale was a mobile home.

Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 24 property sales down from 33 home sales during the week of June 27th. Naples property sales were made up of 33 percent single family homes and 58 percent condos. The remaining property sales were two vacant lots.
